We can then facilitate the day and assist in the selection of potential candidates as sometimes an external partner can provide a different opinion to what denotes a suitable candidate.
Lucas Alexander can also ensure that there is no shortage of delegates on the assessment centre itself. We charge a one off fee for each delegate whether you employ that candidate or not.
So if you decide to hire 10 candidates on the day you are not presented with 10 contingent recruitment fees which could cost your business anything from £40k.
